In the Basement It's Called the Beer Table - Not Coffee Table

By now, if you've been reading my blog, you know two things about me...

1.  I think vintage games are awesome decorating tools.
2.  I believe every coffee table needs a conversation piece on it.

Well, if you want to try this idea give it a whirl in your basement rec-room.  Lot's of people have finished basements and this is a perfect place to try out this decorating tip in a casual setting.  Our poor husbands are usually sent down stairs for football games, poker games, and man activities.  So, give them something to talk about when they set their beer down on the beer table (nee coffee table).

These vintage pool balls are old, rustic, and very cool.  I've displayed them in an old wooden bowl.  On the side, I've got vintage checkers, wooden dominoes and Scrabble cubes.  It is all available in my Etsy.com shop if you just love them!
