Ever panic just before heading over to a friend's home for a visit trying to come up with a hostess gift? Wine is always perfect, but here is an alternative. It's all in my freezer and ready for the hostess. I took advantage of the farm fresh peaches and all of the canning goods that are on sale at the local grocery store. I made seedless peach raspberry freezer jam. Tied them with a cute bow from a scrap of fabric cut with pinking sheers and attached a little knife and it makes a really cute gift. Wanna invite me over? I'll bring you some!
The color of the raspberries was so vibrant and beautiful. Combined with the golden yellow of the peaches, the jam is delicious to look at and to eat! However, they figured out how to make seedless watermelon, now if they could just figure out seedless raspberries!
